Advertising Terms and Conditions
- Office Brands reserves the right to refuse or withdraw advertising.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all advertising collateral supplied or created under our “Custom Design” program is correct and free of errors. The Intellectual Property (Images/Logo/Artwork) provided to Office Brands is authorised with permission from the Intellectual Property owners. This Indemnifies Office Brands from claims against unauthorised use of the provided Intellectual Property.
- Cancellations – All cancellations must be received in writing fourteen (14) days prior to the deadline. Cancellations after this date or failure to supply artwork will result in the client being charged 50% of the amount for the advertisement.
- A 50% deposit is due upon completion of the order form. An invoice will be issued, and payment is required within 7 days. The advertising order form will allow the booking to be held tentatively till payment is received. For clients with pre-paid accounts, 50% will be subtracted from the account.
- The client must approve all custom designs before being published.
- Office Brands reserves the right to reschedule assets without notice.
- All Intellectual Property will be archived in HubSpot and may be re-purposed and reused in accordance with Office Brands’ marketing guidelines.
- Assets that contain dates for promotional periods and campaigns have been agreed upon and approved by Office Brands.
- Office Brands Marketing contact lists are subject to change and not a static list – Office Brand members also reserve the right to opt out of any marketing or campaigns from the Office Brands Support Office.
- Office Brands reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
- Data Results – data relating to clicks, views, revenue, conversions etc; are for confidential and internal use only.
- Quality Control – All assets are required to meet Office Brands’ design standards and will be checked by the Marketing Design Team. Office Brands reserves the right to refuse assets that do not meet the requirements such as:
- pixelated or blurry images
- poor imagery
- sensitive material
- discriminatory, profane, and improper imagery and language
- unprofessional look and feel.
- Images/logos that breach copyright laws.
